Shipping policy

Products will ship UPS,USPS, or Fed Ex at the shippers discretion. Products are usually shipped same day on orders received before 5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and next business day on orders received after 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Orders placed on Wed, Sat and Sunday will ship the next business day available.  KC Pro Lash Supply is not responsible for longer shipping times out of the control of the shipper.  Kc Pro Lash Supply is not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect shipping information. Receiver is responsible for all insurance claims. All orders have tracking information emailed to the email on file for the customer.
